Processing Time

  • All orders are made to order. It usually takes 2–5 business days to prepare and fulfill your items before they ship.

Shipping Times

  • USA: 3–4 business days (standard), 1–3 business days (express).

  • Canada & UK: 3–7 business days (DDP available for faster customs processing).

  • International: 5–20 business days depending on location.

Delivery = Processing + Shipping time.

Multiple Shipments

  • Some items may ship separately (like mugs, posters, or hats) to ensure safe delivery. Don’t worry—you won’t be charged extra shipping.

Order Issues

  • If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

  • If your package is lost in transit, let us know. We’ll work with our partners to make it right.

Returns

  • Because our products are custom-made just for you, we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, wrong color, etc.). Please check the size guide before ordering.

  • Wrong address? If your order is returned to us, we can reship it, but you’ll need to cover the shipping cost.
